By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Subscriptions

We offer coffee products available as:

One-time purchases
Monthly subscription plans (e.g. 1, 3, 5, or 9 bags)

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing as outlined below.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect existing subscriptions without prior notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.

By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method:

At the time of purchase
On a recurring basis for subscription products

5. Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription:

You will be billed immediately upon checkout
You will then be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis
Payments will continue until the subscription is cancelled


6. Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

Customers can manage their subscription at any time via their account.

To cancel your subscription:

Log in to your account via the website
Navigate to “My Account”
Select “Subscriptions”
Choose the relevant subscription
Click “Cancel”

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

7. Changes to Subscription

If you wish to change your coffee selection or subscription details, please contact us via email and we will assist where possible.

8. Delivery

We aim to process all orders promptly.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day
Bank holidays and festive periods may affect processing and delivery times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), we are unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party delivery providers
Issues outside of our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
