Our subscriptions are simple by design. You choose how many bags you’d like per month, select your roast strength and whether you prefer whole bean or ground, and we do the rest, delivering fresh coffee straight to your door every month. No queues, no running out, no effort.

The best option for now is to cancel the current subscription and re-do the order selecting the other options at checkout you would like.  We are working diligently with our development team for a better solution.

Yes. You’re in control. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Just log into your account, go to the subscription tab, click view & cancel. No long-term contracts, no awkward conversations, pure freedom and simple.  You can always 're-activate' at any time.

Yes. We source exclusively speciality-grade coffee and work closely with trusted importers, paying above Fairtrade base prices. While some beans are Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certified, we focus on quality and direct ethical sourcing, supporting smaller farms that may not carry formal certification but are paid fairly and responsibly.

You can choose whole bean or ground coffee. Ground options are suitable for most home brewing methods, and whole bean is perfect if you like to grind fresh or switch things up. You can even change this from monthly and mix & match if you wish.

Subscriptions are fulfilled monthly. Once your order is processed, your coffee is freshly prepared and shipped directly to you. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, but you’ll receive confirmation once your order is placed & on its way.
