Our subscription is simple by design. You choose how many bags you’d like per month, select your roast and whether you prefer whole bean or ground, and we deliver fresh coffee straight to your door every month. No queues, no running out, no effort.
Yes. You’re in control. You can update your roast, grind, or bag quantity, or pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. No long-term contracts, no awkward conversations.
Yes. We source exclusively speciality-grade coffee and work closely with trusted importers, paying above Fairtrade base prices. While some beans are Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certified, we focus on quality and direct ethical sourcing, supporting smaller farms that may not carry formal certification but are paid fairly and responsibly.
You can choose whole bean or ground coffee. Ground options are suitable for most home brewing methods, and whole bean is perfect if you like to grind fresh or switch things up. You can even change this from month to month.
Subscriptions are fulfilled monthly. Once your order is processed, your coffee is freshly prepared and shipped directly to you. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, but you’ll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
You can mix and match your roasts over time, and you can add additional products like Indulgence Hot Chocolate to your order. We’ll also occasionally suggest new or seasonal options for members who want to explore more.
